I reserved a room filled with beautiful old paintings, the hotel is tucked away in a peaceful area near a lovely park and surrounded by serene landscapes and a castle.

our rooms were gorgeous with views of the garden, everything was great. we had great breakfasts with self- made marmalade. location: the hotel was short walk to an excellent restaurant next to the loire, a 16th century castle and a wonderful park of dreams.

Our location was stunning on French motorways from the SW of France. The room was generous sized with a very comfortable bed, carved stone fireplaces and a beautiful view for a wonderful stay. The staff was really helpful and excellent, helped a lot.

Incredibly historic family-owned chateau with vast grounds, river, and ruins. Immaculately refurbished interior exuding peace and quiet. Intimate atmosphere with only four rooms for rent. No TV or internet, but that's a good thing. A royal experience in the heart of France.
